The COVENANT FAMILY SERVICE CENTRE was started in August 1987 as a Community Service Project of Paya Lebar Methodist Church to meet the needs of the community. We provide a range of services for families and individuals regardless of their race or religion.
As of April 1996, we are a joint project of the Methodist Welfare Services and Paya Lebar Methodist Church.
Our vision is to be a God-honouring organisation in community services. The
statement denotes an attitude of the whole organisation that is expressed in its
action that are just and merciful, borne, out of a heart that is humble, compassionate
and God-fearing.
In Christian love, we are committed to strengthen families and improve their quality
of life through quality and holistic services
Our centre is a non-profit organisation supported by Methodist Welfare Services (MWS) and Paya Lebar Methodist Church (PLMC).

Our Mission
Parent Organizations
The Methodist Welfare Services (MWS) is the outreach and social concerns arm of the Methodist Church in Singapore. Set up in 1981, MWS seeks to reach out to those who face life’s crises and long term hardship, by providing care, support, and practical help, to restore them to cope with their responsibilities. Today MWS’s emphasis is also on preventive and developmental services that promote resilience to cope with change and loss. The services provided are extended to people of all races and religions.
As the body of Christ, in receiving the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the PLMC responds in worship, walking in His Word, and reaching the community and the nations with the love of God.
